5. Callum Hudson-Odoi: 19 years, 64 days on 11 January, 2020

Callum Hudson-Odoi is one of the most exciting talents to come through from the Chelsea Academy in the modern era. Unfortunately, he was unable to sustain the level of consistency demanded at the club, leading to his permanent departure in 2023.
At the time of his Premier League debut against Bournemouth in January 2018, he became the second youngest player to appear for Chelsea in the competition. Still, it took almost two years before he finally got on the scoresheet in the league.
Callum Hudson-Odoi steered home Cesar Azpilicueta's cross four minutes after the restart to seal a 3-0 Chelsea win at home to Burnley, becoming the fourth youngest Chelsea goalscorer in Premier League history at the time.
Odoi spent time on loan at Bayer Leverkusen in Germany before returning to England and signing a permanent deal with Nottingham Forest for £3 million, although Bayern Munich had tabled a £70 million offer to sign him three years prior.

He was given his first-ever senior start at the Riverside stadium against Middlesbrough, three weeks after his professional debut for the club, and he repaid the trust of manager Claudio Ranieri with a statement goal.
The English striker opened the scoring in the 38th minute, heading home a delivery from Jesper Gronkjaer following a set-piece, before Boudewijn Zenden added a second five minutes later to seal a 2-0 win.
Carlton Cole, at the time, placed third among the youngest Chelsea goalscorers in Premier League history, and was sent out on multiple loans before permanently leaving for West Ham United in 2006.

3. Neil Shipperley: 18 years, 165 days on 12 April 1993

Chelsea, who had not had a homegrown striker since Peter Osgood in the 1960s, was presented with an opportunity to sign Neil Shipperley, who was scouted at the age of 15 while playing for Spartan League side Brook House in the Middlesex Charity Cup.
He was signed and became a part of the development team. Towards the end of the maiden season of the Premier League in 1993, Neil was promoted to the first team, and what followed for the then 18-year-old was history.
Two days after making his debut as a late substitute, he was given his first start as Chelsea returned to Stamford Bridge to play Wimbledon, where he scored the final goal in a 4-2 win, and at the time became the youngest Chelsea goalscorer in Premier League history.
Neil Shipperley has now dropped to third as the modern era gives much opportunities to youngsters, but he'll never forget the moment that places him among the youngest Chelsea goalscorers in Premier League history. He left Chelsea to sign for Southampton in 1995.

2. Estevão Willian: 18 years, 164 days in 4 October 2025

Estevao Willian is one of the only two players on the list that has not been groomed from Chelsea's academy, and the teenage sensation has made his name before joining the West Londoners.
Made at his boyhood club Palmeiras in Brazil, the signing of Estevao Willian cost Chelsea an initial fee of £29 million, which could rise to £56 million provided all conditions are fulfilled.
Earlier, on his first Premier League start, a 5-1 victory away at West Ham United, Estevao Willian became the youngest player to assist a Chelsea goal in the competition when he teed up Enzo Fernandez for the third.
Introduced for the final 15 minutes with Chelsea tied at 1-1 against Liverpool, the youngster light up the stadium with his skills, and was ultimately rewarded with the headline moment of the game as he scored the winner in the fifth minute of added time.
The goal made Estevao the second youngest Chelsea goalscorer in Premier League history, overtaking the likes of Neil Shipperley, Carlton Cole and Callum Hudson-Odoi in the top five.
The goal also made Estevao the youngest Brazilian to score a winning goal in Premier League history.
