Premier League: Every completed deals of January 2025 Transfer Window

  Hassan Afolabi February 4, 2025

The 2025 winter transfer window was not much of a whirlwind as top teams were not really active, except for the desperate English champions, Manchester City.

Yet, unlike previous windows, this period was characterized by a mix of youthful investments and experienced acquisitions, highlighting how much teams prepare for the future while also fixing their present troubles.

Notably, European clubs collectively spent over €1 billion during this period, with the Premier League leading the expenditure at €440 million.

Manchester City spent £180 million during the concluded January transfer window, which is the second biggest outlay worldwide in any January transfer window history, behind Chelsea's £274 million spent in 2023.

For Manchester United, it's much more about departures as Ruben Amorim works on clearing his house ahead of the summer. Some big names departed, leaving him with a tiny squad for the second half of the season.

From Manchester City's splashing of cash to the exodus at Manchester United and Chelsea, here is a breakdown of every completed transfer in the January transfer window of 2025.

Ange Postecoglou kicked off the window by signing Goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky in a £15 million deal from Slavia Prague, making up for the team's shortage in that department.
